I started my career as a food science engineer, focused on numbers and efficiency. Over time, I realized that true success in manufacturing isn’t just about machines or processes—it’s about people. People are the heart of every operation.​As I advanced in my career, I had the privilege of mentoring and developing extraordinary women transitioning into leadership roles. They were driven, skilled, and resilient, yet often lacked the confidence to stand up for themselves. Helping them find their voice and own their unique leadership style fueled my passion for leadership development.​

I’ve been in the trenches of manufacturing, on production floors, managing teams, leading projects under pressure and facing boardrooms. I know the challenges of balancing expectations, building trust, fostering collaboration while being a wife and mom of three.

I know firsthand what it feels like to have a seat at the table—and what it feels like not to. That’s why I’m committed to ensuring women leaders don’t just do the work but are recognized, respected, and included in the decisions that shape their companies. Now, as a certified executive coach, fluent in three languages including Spanish, I bring that experience to help others succeed.
